By accessing or using Prelims Arena (“the Platform”), operated by Bloom UPSC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Prelims Arena is a UPSC Prelims preparation platform that provides confidence-calibrated practice with real Previous Year Questions (PYQs), study guides, and AI-powered diagnostic tools. The Platform is designed for educational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. Payments and Pricing

Prelims Arena offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are one-time payments valid until the specified UPSC Prelims exam date. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us at guru@bloomupsc.com within 7 days for a full refund. No questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are not available. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including study guides, question analysis, Mr. Sharma's commentary, visual banks, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of Bloom UPSC. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; use automated tools to scrape or download content; attempt to circumvent payment or access restrictions; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the Platform's operation.

8. Disclaimer

Prelims Arena is an educational tool. We do not guarantee any specific exam results, scores, or outcomes. UPSC examination results depend on numerous factors beyond our control. Our diagnostic and analysis tools provide insights based on historical data and should be used as one component of a comprehensive preparation strategy.

9. Mr. Sharma Character

Mr. Sharma is a fictional character created for educational purposes. He is not a real person. His analysis and commentary are generated based on UPSC examiner psychology patterns and historical question data. His perspectives represent pedagogical interpretations, not official UPSC positions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom UPSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
