Refund Policy

The short version:

Try Bloom for 7 days. If it doesn't change how you read UPSC questions — full refund. One email. No questions asked.

1. 7-Day Full Refund

If you are not satisfied with Prelims Arena for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. We will process the refund without asking for a reason.

2. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to guru@bloomupsc.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The word “Refund” in the subject line

That's it. No forms, no calls, no justification needed.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of your request. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) used during purchase. Razorpay processes the refund — the timeline for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank (typically 5-7 business days after processing).

4. After 7 Days

Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund. This is because Prelims Arena is a one-time purchase for a time-bound exam preparation period, and the core value (diagnostic insights, blind spot data) is delivered immediately upon use.

5. What Happens to Your Account

After a refund, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. You will retain access to basic features (10 questions/day with 4-state feedback). Your practice history and diagnostic data will be preserved — you can upgrade again at any time.

6. Coupon and Scholarship Purchases

If you used a coupon or discount code, the refund will be for the amount actually paid (not the original price). Scholarship (free) access grants are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.

7. Why We Offer This

We'd rather lose a sale than keep someone who doesn't find value. Prelims Arena is built on the belief that if the product works, you'll know within a week. If it doesn't, you shouldn't pay for it. This isn't marketing — it's how we build trust with aspirants.
